What We Can Help With

In-App Purchases and Refunds

StarTeller offers an optional one-time purchase to unlock the full object catalog. All payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not handle billing directly.

To request a refund, contact Apple or Google according to their policies:

If you bought the full catalog but it is not unlocked after reinstalling, open StarTeller and use the restore option in the purchase screen, or email us at starteller.support@icloud.com and we will help you restore your entitlement.
